Why are UK lottery jackpots usually rather low?
Well, because of the simple fact that the jackpot for the UK lottery can only be rolled over 5 times. After that, the jackpot can be won by just having 5 out of 
six numbers on your lotto ticket. Considering this rule, it would make sense to play this lottery every time the jackpot has not been won five times in a row.
