How do I get my tickets?

How do I get paid if I win?

If you win a prize up to €2500, it will instantly be credited to your player account. For higher winnings, we will email you a claim form. You have to identify yourself and give some basic info, like how you would like to get paid. We then present your claim to the lottery company. The lottery company will then pay you directly.
If you prefer that, you can also pick your ticket up at one of our agent’s offices, and then present it to the lottery in person.

Is your service really legal?

Yes, absolutely. It is like being on a holiday in the country of the lottery, and you buy a ticket yourself. If that ticket were to win, you have the same claim on the winnings as everybody else.

How do I know that a lottery ticket is being bought on my behalf?

Once you have paid for your lottery ticket, you will first receive a payment confirmation. A little later, will be able to see your ticket scan in the customer area on our website.
